Our memory verse for September 2024 is:
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20
August Memory Verse: But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect. 1 Peter 3:15
July Memory Verse: No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13
June Memory Verse: It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. -Galatians 5:1
May Memory Verse: Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. -Isaiah 40:30-31
April Memory Verse: He is not here, he is risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. -Matthew 26:6
March Memory Verse: I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful I know that full well. -Psalm 139:14
February Memory Verse: For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power & love & self-control. -2 Timothy 1:7
January Memory Verse: Not only so but we also glory in our sufferings because suffering produces perseverance, perseverance, character, and character, hope. -Romans 5:3-4
