Women of Faith invites you to a refreshing and encouraging morning for women of all ages. We’ll begin with gentle yoga movements that can be done either on the floor or in a chair, making it comfortable and accessible for everyone. You’ll also hear helpful nutrition tips—simple “eat this instead of that” ideas to broaden your options for clean, healthy eating. We’ll conclude our time together with practical encouragement for strengthening and deepening your faith walk.
